When it comes to drinking in Positano, you can’t get much better than The Champagne and Oyster Bar at Le Sirenuse. The views are truly breathtaking, it really is difficult to fault this wonderful, charming hotel.

As the evening sun begins to set on the crystal clear Tyrrhenian Sea and a warm glow washes over the pastel hillside, hundreds of candles are lit on Le Sirenuse’s beautiful terrace and you find yourself in a moment that you know you will remember forever. Our favourite spot for a pre and post dinner tipple, classic jazz fills the air as the elegant yet laidback bar serves up classic cocktails and the freshest seafood from langoustines to oysters. As daylight begins to fade and dusk turns into night, you find yourself completely distracted by the spectacular view, as Positano turns on it's glittery charm.

We recommend: The zesty mojitos and ‘The Sirenuse’, their signature cocktail made with No. 3 gin, lemon, maraschino and champagne.
